Abstract

A novel polyoxometalate {[Ni(enMe) 2] 2[Ni(enMe) 2(H 2O)] 2[As 2W 18Ni 4(enMe) 2O 68]}·2H 3O·2H 2O ( 1) (enMe = 1,2-propylenediamine) has been synthesized and characterized, which is the first high-dimensional structure constructed from sandwich-type transition metal substituted tungstates and transition metal coordination groups.
