Abstract
Three varieties of Dothistroma pini Hulbary are distinguished by their spore dimensions. The two varieties described by Thyr & Shaw are retained, with amended values for their conidial dimensions. A third variety, with conidia of intermediate length, is described as var. keniensis . The length of conidia is shown to differ significantly (P linearis and slowest in var. pini .
