Abstract
A description of a new species of Anostraca, Dendrocephalus conosuris n. sp., is presented. It occurs in the Province of Santa Fe, Argentina. The description is based on the morphological characters of the male, especially those of the frontal appendage and of the endopods of the first two pairs of legs. The female is described as well. A comparison of the penis of all ten known species is made to conclude, that there are species-specific features on it.
