Abstract

This article publishes a stone cylinder that bears an inscription of Samsi-Addu I, founder and ruler of the kingdom of Upper Mesopotamia. The object was discovered during University of Mosul excavations directed by Ali. Y. Aljuboori in the palace of the Neo-Assyrian king Assurbanipal in Nineveh.
