Abstract
Hanbury–Brown–Twiss (HBT) results of the nucleon–nucleon correlation functionhave been presented for the nuclear reactions with neutron-richprojectiles using an event-generator, i.e. the isospin-dependentquantum molecular dynamics model. A good agreement of ourcalculation for the two-halo-neutron correlation function of 11Liwith the experimental data has been reached. In addition, we explorethe relationship between the single-neutron separation energy and thestrength of the HBT results. It is feasible to investigate the exoticstructure of neutron-rich nuclei with the HBT method.
