Abstract

This paper presents a new formulation Discontinuous Galerkin Surface Integral Equation (IEDG) method, which allows non-conformal mesh and square-integrable, L2, trial and test functions during simulations. Most of the important, it gives a more accurate solution of electric/magnetic currents distributted on PEC-dielectric boundary. This is very benificial in solving periodic PEC-dielectric structure, such as large-scale FSS radomes. In the end, Numerical calculations are carried out to validate the accuracy of this method.
