Abstract

Social networks represent important communication tools that have not gone unnoticed by Development NonGovernmental Organisations (DNGOs). An appropriate management, a use, and the monitoring can increase the visibility of these organisations and therefore improve their results. There are various scientific studies on specific aspects related to these tools and their application by NGDOs such as their use or effectiveness.
