Abstract
In this paper, a circularly polarized (CP) stacked antenna operating at Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) frequencies is proposed. Three circular air microstrip patches with difference are stacked as radiator operating at three frequency bands, two pairs of long probes is adopted to feed the top patch for improved combiner loss, and a 3dB bridge combing with phase shifter is employed to produce a 90° phase difference for circular polarization. Simulation and experiment results show that the left hand CP(LHCP), right hand CP (RHCP) and the axial ratio (AR) are acceptable at each operation frequency.
