Abstract
The purpose of the study is to consider modern approaches to the selection of sports-gifted children and to justify the effectiveness of the introduction of a model for the selection of sports-gifted children with the determination of their sports orientation based on the use of the hardware and software complex "Become a champion". The article defines the stages of sports selection and presents a methodology for studying sports predisposition with using the complex "Become a champion".
