Abstract
Summary This article describes the planning, organization, and implementation of a reference workshop for public services staff of the St. Louis Public Library (St. Louis, MO), designed to increase their knowledge of African-American reference sources. Participant evaluations are analyzed and presented with recommendations for model modification and follow-up.
