Abstract

Knowledge acquisition is considered to be one of the important processes of knowledge management in organizations. In order to achieve the best knowledge acquisition productivity, it is essential that the resources of the organization be devoted in such a way that it will bring the organization most efficiency. Therefore, in order to select the necessary and necessary knowledge of the organization, first, it needs to be measured, and then these kinds of knowledge must be prioritized. Taking into account the opportunities and threats faced by the organization, the sources of funding for the most prioritized knowledge are chosen. For this purpose, using the SWOT matrix and AHP method, a model is proposed that allows the effective use of resources for knowledge acquisition in the organization. Meanwhile, the results of the implementation of this model in the pottery industry have been investigated.
