Abstract

In cloud computing environment, because of the open environment and centralized organizational structure, it is difficult to build trust relationships between cloud services and users. In this paper, a model to evaluate the credibility of services in cloud computing environments based on multi-factor is proposed. The trust evidence, the scene and time were classified as service credibility impact factors. After a series of calculation, the final results can fully reflect the extent of trust relationships between users and services in a period of time. Simulation experiments were conducted and the simulation results proved that the proposed model can effectively reflect the affects of the user's personal preferences and control the adverse effects caused by the service updating.
