Dans un moteur CFR (600 tr/mn) entraîné électriquement et alimenté en mélange stoechiométrique air-heptane, les additifs antidétonants (Pb tétraethyle et methylaniline) retardent la formation de l’hydroperoxyde complexe dont l’accumulation est responsable de l’auto inflammation.
