Abstract

Grinding of machine parts at high accuracy indicators of hardened steels processing is performed at knowingly understated cutting modes, since the rationing of operations carries out according to the standards for universal equipment. Consequently, the productivity of grinding operations on CNC machines does not correspond to the productivity indicators of the equipment itself. In this article an interrelation between the elastic movements of the technological system, shaft bending and the processing error is established for the grinding operations on the end surfaces of stepped shafts. The established interrelation allows predicting the processing error in dependence on the technological parameters and elastic movements of the TS. These calculations will be the basis for determining the end and full end runout.
