Abstract
It was found that the specific heat showed a step-like behavior at T c . From this the coefficients of Landau free energy expansion were determined by using the spontaneous displacement in neutron scattering. The second order coefficient was found to be consistent with the amplitude of the soft mode frequency in Raman spectroscopy.
