Abstract

It is shown that in order to determine nondynamically the product of intrinsic parities in a four-particle reaction, it is sufficient to measure multipole moments of order only about half as high as the highest possible allowed by the spins of the participating particles. A procedure is outlined for the construction of such parity experiments.
