Abstract

The competition between enterprises has become increasingly recently, it has been worthy more attention for managers how to win the customer loyalty. In domestic sport clothing market, The larger market was occupied by foreign brands, and the home brands are less developed relatively. Since Zhengzhou is in the central part in China, it is an essential place for businesses. The customer satisfaction about a certain kind of domestic brand in Zhengzhou was analyzed in this research, the questionnaire survey and bout customer satisfaction and statistical analysis of SPSS was used in the analysis of customer satisfaction and the condition of enterprise management, for the purpose that the customers can buy products of high quality and be well served in the future. With the point of view, great achievements can be made in domestic sports brands.
