Abstract
The actual cyclic load spectrum of an aeroengine is worked out based on the analysis of FPR data in this paper, and the high pressure turbine rotate-exhaust temperature correlation time matrix is obtained by statistical analysis. According to the single crystal material property, modified the EGD-3 life prediction method which was widely used in engineering, the fatigue damage and the endurance damage of the three assess points are calculated according to the modified method. Combined fatigue damage with endurance damage, the fatigue/endurance life of the blade is estimated by using the time-cycle fraction plus method. It showed that the result obtained by the modified method was closer to actual result.
