Abstract
The thesis puts forward a MMIC global design method combining the statistics experimental design and optimal method based on the orthogonal design's MMIC design optimization. The method adopts multi-round orthogonal design and optimizing to make quick optimizing for many targets in overall parameter space through simulation design of representative limited group circuit's frequency response in parameter space. The design method is characterized in independent of initial value and searches the global optimal solution quickly. It designs a MMIC broadband four-level distributed amplifier successfully and proves that the circuit design optimization method has high practical value.
