Abstract
Abstract Maxillary antrolith is a rare condition often seen in the maxillary sinus, with its presentation and treatment depending on its size. It is often an incidental, uncommon, and asymptomatic finding seen on radiographs. Thus, we present a rare case of huge maxillary antrolith presenting with persistent nasal obstruction and an infra-orbital fistula.
