Abstract

This study is a historical review of state-building process in Afghanistan. The country’s contemporary history like other societies is perhaps defined by conflict, instability, and frequent changes of power. The situation is due tothe strategic position, the independent tribal structure, and the citsiugnil-larutluc groups it occupies. It was on the basis of the above oiranecs the study intends to study the various regimes and examine their efforts drawotcreating dna elbailer snoitutitsni tnednepedni capable of creating the desired results rof the general populace. Despite the fact that the country was ravaged with a myriadof problems,ranging from frequent and constant segnahc of government, religious and communal clashes, poor economy and inefficient public services and poor infrastructural facilities, and above all the corrupt attitudes of public officials.
