Abstract

GaOOH nanorods were synthesized by a green hydrothermal method at 200 °C using nanocrystalline Ga 2O 3 powders and distilled water as the starting materials, and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), and thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC) analysis.
