Abstract
This paper studies the problem of predictive control of time-varying linear systems and develops a generalised predictive controller based on a standard rime-varying autoregressive moving average model. The controller allows various control and output horizons and is applicable to a large class of time-varying linear systems. It is an extension of The previous results on the minimum variance prediction and control of time-varying linear systems based on pseudocommutation.
