Abstract
The spectral Galerkin procedure is used to calculate the dispersion properties of multiple conductor microstrip lines. The resulting propagation constants are then used in a coupled-mode theory which demonstrates a frequency-dependent coupling of current in a five-conductor system. These results should he useful in the study of crosstalk between parallel microstrip lines used in VLSI interconnections.
