Abstract
A Monte Carlo algorithm for the solution of an integro-differential equation with a frac- tional derivative is described, this method is based on appl ication of a model of a fractional Poisson process. The algorithm is used for the solution of the equati on of dispersive transport in disordered semiconductors. The transient photocurrent calculated by the Monte Carlo method is in good agree- ment with experimental data.
