Abstract

The TAM (Topographic Attentive Mapping) network is a biologically-motivated neural network. In the TAM network algorithm, knowledge is acquired from the TAM network structure through a pruning method, and the acquired knowledge is stored in an independent module. In this paper, three measures of similarity used to compare these independent knowledge storage modules will be discussed.
