Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the Specialized Educational Service (SES) offer, accessibility and for the visually impaired in municipal schools using the 5W2H quality tool (QT) from a qualitative, descriptive, applied and bibliographic methodology. For this it was necessary to study the themes: visual impairment, ESA, accessibility and assistive technology, as well as the applicability of the QT 5W2H. The results showed, for example, that SES is offered, but with some limitations due to the lack of teacher training in the inclusive aspect, which reflects the difficulty in using assistive technology resources. Accessibility has its challenges because many schools have older structures, in addition to the scarcity of investments. The study highlights the interdisciplinarity between administration and inclusive education in situational analysis as a basis for planning future actions that can improve the school inclusion of students with visual impairment.
