Abstract
In this work, an enhanced electrochemical sensor for dopamine (DA) is constructed based on the tungsten nanoparticles with a polyaniline nanocomposite (PANI-WO3) coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The obtained PANI-WO3/GCE film displayed a notable enhancement of electrocatalytic activity for DA with significant redox property. The PANI-WO3/GCE sensors displayed excellent detection for DA with a detection limit of 0.139 μmol/L revealed a good linear relationship with concentration from 20 − 300 µM (S/N = 3). PANI and WO3 composite shows significant electrochemical oxidation of DA.
