Abstract

In this paper, a 2.45 GHz dual polarization rectifier circuit with wide load characteristics is proposed. The rectifier circuit is mainly composed of the short circuit transmission line based on resistance compression network(RCN), matching circuit, Schottky diode and harmonic rejection circuit. The experimental results show that the maximum RF-DC conversion efficiency of the dual polarization rectifier reaches 73% when the input power of both ends is 10 dBm and the load is 2000 Ω. When the load changes from 500 to 3500 Ω changes, the rectification efficiency is always higher than 40%. This design has the characteristics of dual polarization, wide load, etc. It has some practical application value for the development of wireless power supply technology in wireless sensing nodes and internet of things.
