Abstract
Fisher's droplet model is used to calculate the neutron-scattering cross section for spin waves in a ferromagnet above ${T}_{C}$. Predictions are made for the wave-vector dependence of cross section, and a neutron-scattering experiment is proposed to test these predictions.
