Abstract
A circuit which converts the digital output from tipping bucket raingauges, contact closure anemometers and integrators of analog signals to an analog signal suitable for input to a data logging system located in a controlled environment room is described. The device uses binary coded decimal counters to count the pulses which are continuously converted to analog signal using a Zeltex ZD433 device. The data logger reads the analog voltage and resets the counters to zero at the end of each scan cycle.
