Abstract
The article points to the specifics of developing and implementing a design project to create a personal image of the hero of a communication campaign for the Boundary international delivery service. By a practical case as an example, the features of successful brand or product promotion are assessed. The article notes the paramount importance of creating a personal image for the hero of a communication campaign, who will act as the face of the brand and ensure its recognition and trust among consumers. As part of the study, a comprehensive assessment of the successful development of a design project to create a personal image of the hero in communication campaign for an international delivery service was carried out by case-study analysis. The article also separately examines the issue of theoretical foundations for planning a design project. To achieve the planned result, relevant promotion tools and strategies were used. The results obtained can be perceived as contributing to an increase in service recognition and its competitiveness in the market.
