Abstract

Hardware Trojan, as an information attack technology with high concealment, can be implanted in all aspects of integrated circuit design and manufacturing. It's very difficult to be detected and a greater threat to the safety of chips. IC feature sizes continue to shrink, making the effects of process noise on the IC power consumption increase. It brings big challenges to Hardware Trojan detection based on power consumption information. In this paper, based on the analysis of process deviation simulation, conducts research on the Hardware Trojan detection by power consumption information, a two-dimension calibration Hardware Trojan detection method is proposed. It uses the method of partition domain PCA to processing power consumption data, which improves the recognition efficiency of Hardware Trojan.
