Abstract

Airport surface access being a major part of study in all the developed and developing countries across the World. Due to growing population globally, an increase in income and automobiles have paved their contribution in increased congestion and pollution. The trend followed globally is almost similar irrespective of the economy, where the private transport contributes more towards the journey made for Airports. Key factors that govern the mode choice behaviour of the Air passengers include travel cost, travel time, comfort to carry luggage and in a special condition citizenship too effects the same in countries like Saudi Arabia.
