Abstract
Objectives: Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is the treatment of choice for menopause and its complications such as osteoporosis, heart diseases and aging. Recently, anti-estrogens such as raloxifene and toremifene have been successfully used in the treatment of menopause complications. To determine the effect of toremifene as compared to continuous combined replacement therapy in aged post menopausal women a controlled study was performed.
