Abstract
Under unbalanced AC microgrid voltage conditions in hybrid microgrids, DC microgrid bus will generate double frequency ripple voltage pulsation, which damages the voltage stability. In order to suppress the double-frequency pulsation, a control strategy suitable for CLLLC DC transformers is proposed in this paper. First, an equivalent model is established by first harmonic approximation to describe the fundamental wave of CLLLC DC transformers. On the basis, its voltage gain characteristics and input impedance characteristics can be analyzed. Then, considering the feature of the input voltage pulsation of the DC transformer under unbalanced voltage conditions, the parameters of the DC transformer are optimized according to the design index. Therefore, a control strategy based on the double frequency ripple voltage pulsation feed-forward is proposed and the PR controller is adopted to effectively suppress the DC bus voltage fluctuation when the input voltage is pulsing. Finally, the proposed voltage feedforward control strategy and parameter optimization de-sign are verified by the Matlab/Simulink results.
