Abstract

Cooling plates are widely used in modern electronic equipment and usually contain channels with a complex structure. Welding, heat treatment, machining, and turnover on cooling plates are often accompanied by waste such as mental swarf. The waste could enter the plates and block the liquid inlets or outlets, thereby affecting the normal operation of electronic equipment. In light of this, we design a labyrinth seal system for heat treatment and a sealing block for mechanical processing with proper techniques. The research results show that waste can be prevented from entering the channel and help keep the entire cooling system clean.
