Abstract

Aim and objective: The main objective is to reduce medical and related errors in the detection of brain tumors from MRI scans and to improve the predictive accuracy. This is aimed to be achieved by highly effective tuned models. Materials and methods: Accuracy was performed with two groups Sobel operator (N=125) and Canny Operator (N=125). Result: Independent sample T-Test was carried out using Sobel operator and Canny operator. Canny Operator(93.2%) performs better than Sobel operator (87.4%). There is a statistically significant difference between Sobel operator and Canny operator. The results were obtained with a level of significance (p<0.05), with pretest power 80%, using SPSS tools. Conclusion: The results conclude that the proposed Canny operator model is a contemporary approach, which helps to identify and predict with better accuracy percentage (93.2%) at event systems.
