Abstract
The purpose of this article is to discuss the evolution and the consequences of an economic plan called “PAC”, supported by the brazilian federal government to emphasize the development of the country, regarding an adoption of economic measures, related to investments on infra-structure (in areas such as energy, engineering, transportation, logistic), as well as to stimulate the employment level and the foreign trade activities, specially those in charge of the micro, small and middle enterprises. Also, according to the effects of this plan, the article discuss the perspective of progress in the field of the regional integration, regarding the Mercosul countries associated.
