Abstract
The article discusses the importance of physical education and kinesiology for human development and the promotion of an active lifestyle. Regular physical exercise is presented as essential for improving health, increasing vital capacity, and reducing the risk of diseases, especially cardiovascular ones. The author emphasizes that awareness of the need for physical activity is growing in society, and the implementation of physical education programs should be based on technical and scientific knowledge. Additionally, the importance of medical consultations before starting physical activities, especially for sedentary individuals, is highlighted. Strengthening the body and improving quality of life are central objectives, promoting a new philosophy of life that combats sedentarism.
