Abstract

3D Printing being an extremely productive and optimal technology is slowly finding its way to newer dimensions of materials. One of those being ceramics. Ceramics filling the gap between metal and non metal exhibit various properties having unconventional behaviors hence its important to have an understanding of the behavioral characteristics under critical conditions. One such property being Density which is not just the compaction of atoms and molecules per unit volume but a key decider in properties like viscosity, brittleness, porosity, flexural strength, hardness, modulus of elasticity and so on exhibited by the structure. The analysis and emphasis on creating 3D Printing process parameters syncing with the critical parameters causing an optimality within the properties is discussed in detail in the paper.
