This article thoroughly investigates the significance of marital agreements in the United Arab Emirate Region. The economic ramifications of marriage contracts are explored, analyzing their role as legally enforceable instruments. In addition, the interaction between civil laws and Sharia principles is examined, providing insight into how these frameworks contribute towards solidarity of a marital relationship.
