Abstract
The phonological processes used by seven developmentally verbal dyspraxic children and seven non-dyspraxic, phonologically-impaired children were analysed. A MANOVA revealed no significant differences between the groups. These results indicated that processes cannot be used to differentiate the groups and that DVD children are not different from other non-DVD children with multiple articulation errors. A description of the processes utilized and a discussion of therapy implications are presented.
