Abstract
A comparison of high-energy fission models which are suitable for incorporation in thick-target radiation transport codes is made. Model comparisons are given in terms of neurtron production, fission fragment energy release, and residual nuclei production for high-energy protons incident on a thin uranium target. The effect of the fission models on neutron production from thick targets is also shown.
