Abstract
ABSTRACT Private capital is playing an increasingly important role in the Chinese market. However, due to factors such as the opportunistic behaviors of investors and the risks of financial investments, private capital faces many challenges to fare well in the Chinese financial market. We conducted this research to analyze the Chinese private capital market, and to give recommendations for policy makers and potential investors.
