Abstract
A case of recurrent symptomatic dislocation of the ulnar nerve at the elbow is reported in a 13-year-old girl, secondary to trauma to the right upper extremity. Because of persistent symptoms four months after the injury, a subcutaneous transposition of the ulnar nerve was performed. The result was satisfactory one year after surgery. The same patient had an asymptomatic subluxation of the opposite elbow.
