Abstract
抗リウマチ薬（ブシラミン）により口腔粘膜潰瘍を生じた1例について報告する。65歳女性，7か月前に皮膚の掻痒感，皮疹が，4か月前に口腔内の違和感が出現。初診時は舌にびらん，潰瘍と右下顎口腔前庭に水疱を認め，多形滲出性紅斑と自己免疫性水疱症を疑ったが，検査結果で否定された。そこでブシラミンによる副作用を疑い休薬したところ速やかに症状の改善を認めた。
