Abstract

Chronic eosinophilic leukemia (CEL) is a rare invasive disease characterized by non-specific cytogenetic abnormalities or elevated mother cells, poor prognosis, and a high risk of conversion to acute leukemia. We described the data of a patient with CEL-NOS. This case is a CEL-NOS with four mutations in CSF3R-T618I, DNMT3A Q816, ASXL1, and IDH2. The patient rapidly evolves into secondary acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
