Abstract

Prof. NamdevraoJadhavs Shivaji the Management Guru is the book divided into twenty-two precise chapters which, mainly deals with the concept of management, its features its principles functions and skills of manager and management functions like planning, decision-making, leadership, motivation and few other aspects of management. This book presents ChhatrapatiShivajiMaharaj as the Management Guru. It focuses on ShivajiMaharajs life along with the success of Swarajya. It also produces a number of examples that how ShivajiMaharaj applied and used various concepts, principles, theories, functions and techniques of management and found to be a pioneer of some innovative things in management. The book teaches useful lessons of managerial skills, leadership qualities and way of success to the youths.
