Abstract

In this paper., a wideband receiver front-end using a linearization technique of transconductor is presented. A low-noise transconductance amplifier is designed to perform both linearization and noise cancellation simultaneously, achieving high input-referred third-order intercept point (IIP3) values and low noise figure. In addition, a wideband input matching and a second noise cancellation technique using a feedback path and an auxiliary path are applied. The designed wideband receiver, fabricated in 65 nm technology, operates in the 0.06-3 GHz frequency band and has a gain of 52.7 dB, a minimum noise figure of 1.4 dB, and a maximum IIP3 of 5.15 dBm.
